Parabola is an automated market maker (AMM) or exchange that allows users and other decentralized protocols to trade between different stablecoins with very low slippage compared to other AMM solutions.

Total supply: 100,000,000

· 50% for Liquidity Provider, released over a period of five years

· 25% for PRB/USDC liquidity providers, released over a period of five years

· 7.5% for DAO treasury

· 10% for the team, released linearly over one year.

· 5% for private sale, released linearly over one year.

· 2.5% for public sale, 25% instant release, 75% 90 days linear release.

Emissions

The following is the PRB distribution scheme for the first year.

The exact monthly emission rate is calculated as: 6,818,000 / 1.0904^n

Where n is the number of months since launch. Emissions are split 2/3&1/3 between 3pool and “pool 2”.

Utility

PRB is the governance token for the Parabola Fi, and will be used for voting via snapshot when the upcoming ParabolaDAO becomes fully operational. This governance capability unlocks the potential to direct protocol cash flows to PRB holders, boost their LM rewards, or reduce their swapping and bridging fees when using the platform — it is up to the community to eventually decide.

Trading Fees

Parabola trading fees are 0.04%. 50% of the trading fees are distributed to liquidity providers in the pools where the trades happen. The other 50% is distributed to vesting PRB, stakers and lockers.
